ROLE DESCRIPTION
With two new launch brands coming to market in 2012 and 2013 in key therapeutic areas, the role of the Regional Business Manager will encompass a broad range of operational and strategic responsibilities.

Working across a defined geographical area, you will work with recruitment partners to identify talent within the market place so that you can recruit and develop your own team. The proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve profitable growth and drive sales is therefore essential.

You will have demonstrable experience of producing regional business plans that have maximised sales results. It is also expected that you will take a hands on approach with the implementation and delivery of these regional plans by developing relationships with key customers across your region.

This is a varied, challenging and ultimately highly rewarding role as you will have total accountability for the success of your region.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Given the nature of the role responsibilities and coupled with the fact that they are entering the biggest growth stage in their history, the Company is looking for individuals who are industry leading pharmaceutical sales managers.
