Description:

Job Purpose: Serve as an advisor and facilitator to the campus Greek community on matters related to housing/facilities, leadership development, crisis/emergency response, conduct and related issues. Serve on various Greek organization committees.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build working relationships with and between volunteer alums, Greek headquarters organizations and campus community.
  • Manage facilities related services associated with chapters, including house maintenance, inspections, waste management, etc.
  • Facilitate Greek co-op purchasing program.
  • Provide advice regarding conducting of Greek sponsored special events.
  • Promote effective Greek chapter leadership through coordination of leadership development programs.
  • Respond to crisis and/or emergencies within the Greek community as needed.
  • Investigate and report on allegations of infractions of the Conduct Code or policy by Greek organizations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Work Experience: Two to three years job related experience.
  • Certifications:
  • Skills: This job requires knowledge of Greek community organization, living and activities and related Institute policy and rules. Skill in program management, communications, customer service and relationship building are required.
